WESTport serration ring gages inspect external serrations on shafts and fittings, confirming that the serrated form will engage its mating component correctly. Serrations use multiple equally spaced teeth for positive engagement, and the ring gage verifies the whole form in one functional check.

Built to SAE J498 and DIN serration standards, or to your drawing. Provide the engineering specification, number of teeth, tooth dimensions and class of fit. Compatible with taper master plug gages for setup, and with spline master gears where a functional master is required.
