ACME Thread Gages

ACME threads carry load and motion — lead screws, presses, valves, and clamps — so their gaging demands a tight, well-defined fit. WESTport builds ACME thread gages for both general-purpose and centralizing forms, in every standard class of fit.

• ACME Thread Plug Gages check internally threaded parts; classes of fit 2G, 3G, 4G, and centralizing 2C, 3C, 4C. Compliant with ASME B1.5 and B47.1.
• ACME Thread Set Plug Gages calibrate and set adjustable ACME ring gages, in the same classes of fit.
• ACME Thread Ring Gages inspect externally threaded parts to the mating class of fit.

Every gage is finished by hand and certified in our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory with NIST-traceable documentation.
