The WESTport variable (indicating) spline gage set combines a GO plug or ring with a measuring insert and setting master to read actual space width or tooth thickness — variable data, not just pass/fail. SPC data output is available for statistical process control.
Variable data for internal or external splines
Reads composite error and actual size on involute and straight forms, reducing reliance on multiple fixed-limit gages. Set with the included master for repeatable, traceable measurement.
