Custom spline gages inspect spline configurations that standard gages cannot satisfy. Each one is designed from your drawing or engineering specification to verify the dimensional accuracy and functional fit of a specific internal or external spline.

What we build

Custom work is quoted as plug gages, ring gages, master gages, setting gages, or special inspection gages — the design follows the spline configuration and the inspection method called out on your print. Involute, straight-sided, serration and helical forms, inch or metric.
