The Mark-10 Series F EasyMESUR is a motorized single-column force tester with the test controller built in. Where a manual stand depends on the operator's hand for loading rate, these frames drive the crosshead at a programmed speed to ±0.2% of setting, and record force to ±0.1% of full scale — which is the difference between a force check and a repeatable test method.

The EasyMESUR Control Panel

Test setup, frame control and data collection all happen on the integrated touchscreen. No PC and no software installation are involved, which matters on a production floor where a networked computer is a liability rather than a convenience. The panel runs load-limit, distance-limit and break-limit tests, load holding, averaging, coefficient of friction, spring rate, and cycling up to 100,000 cycles, then exports results and builds reports from the same screen.

Choosing a Model

F105-EM — 100 lbF (0.5 kN). F305-EM — 300 lbF (1.3 kN), the general-purpose choice. F505-EM — 500 lbF (2.2 kN). F505H-EM — 500 lbF with additional vertical clearance for taller samples and fixtures.

All four share 18" (457 mm) of travel, the 0.5-13 in/min speed range and the same control panel. Note that capacity derates above 24 in/min (610 mm/min): the F305-EM to 200 lbF and the F505 models to 300 lbF.

Force Sensors

Force is measured by an interchangeable sensor rather than being fixed to the frame, with ranges from 0.12 lbF (0.5 N) to 500 lbF (2.5 kN). One frame can therefore serve a range of test forces at the best available accuracy for each, since accuracy is a percentage of the sensor's full scale rather than the frame's.

Options

Distance Measurement adds crosshead position to ±0.006" (0.15 mm). Graphing & Reporting adds 100 Hz data acquisition and force-versus-distance curves. Higher-capacity frames — 750 and 1,500 lbF — are available in the same EasyMESUR series on request.

Manual or Motorised-

If the test is a peak-force check, an ES10/ES20 or ES30 manual stand with a force gauge is the economical answer. Choose a motorised frame when loading rate is specified, when the test cycles, when load must be held, or when the force-versus-distance curve is the deliverable.
