Digital Brinell Hardness Tester Phase II - Model 900-355
This hardness tester uses an advanced closed-loop technology. Moreover it also features new state of the art load cell technology. Using a DC motor, closed-loop control unit with load cell, and a digital measurement and control unit, the Brinell Hardness Tester applies the test load and measures the results. Very precise Brinell hardness measurements are achieved for test loads up to 0.5%. Automatic test cycles reduce operator error and ensures consistency of results. The closed-loop technology effectively eliminates the challenges of conventional open-loop systems using dead weight, like overshoot or undershoot. Less friction from the lack of mechanical weights helps reduce wear and maintain precise accurate readings. This also reduces vibration and misalignment. Its light weight and clear digital screen make this tester easy to operate and great for laboratories, work shops or any work area that is needed to do Brinell testing.
