The PHT-1800 converts results to all the popular hardness scales: Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and Shore. The PHT-1800 has three model options, each with different accessories:
- PHT-1800C: This model includes all standard accessories plus an NIST Certified Test Block.
- PHT-1840: This model includes all standard accessories plus a “DL” impact device. The “DL” impact device is used to test gear teeth, grooves, and other confined applications.
- PHT-1850: This model includes all standard accessories plus a “G” impact device. The “G” impact device is used to test large castings and parts with rough, porous surfaces.
